Answer: Fees are non-refundable but can be credited toward a rescheduled date if notice is given 48 hours in advance.

Question: Does my child need to be there?

Answer: For In-Home and Virtual sessions, yes. We need to see the hair in its natural state to provide an accurate analysis.

Question: How long until I get my plan?

Answer: Your custom maintenance roadmap is typically delivered via email within 24 hours after our session.
